These are given as a guide line.

 

New properties

10 % I.V.A. – (VAT) of declared price

AJD – Stamp duty 0,5 – 1 % of declared price

Notary fee – approx. 1 % of declared price

Registration of Title Deed – approx. 0,4 – 0,8 % of declared price

Plusvalia tax – capital gains tax on plot, approx. 0,3 – 2 % of declared price

Electricity connection – approx. 155 €

Water connections – approx. 175 €

Due to above you need to calculate approx. 13 % on top of the purchase price to cover for the costs.

Solicitors fees – approx. 1 % of purchase price.

 

Resale properties
