La Siesta and San Luis are urbanisations just 3 km outside of Torrevieja.
Both areas are well established and their central location has made La Siesta and San Luis popular both for both summer and winter living with many nationalities residing here.
There is a very good bus service into Torrevieja, several times a day and the area is walking distance to the beautiful salt lakes and nature park.
Within the areas there are banks, bars, restaurants, service offices, doctors, dentist, water park and the Norwegian Seamen’s Church. You will find many activities are held throughout the year by the various associations based here in La Siesta.
If golf is of interest you can find Villamartin Championship course, Las Ramblas, Campoamoar and Cuidad Quesada courses just 15 minutes drive from here.
If you like to shop, by car the new La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre is only 10 minutes or the Habaneras shopping centre is only 5 minutes.
Both Alicante and San Javier airports are approximately 30 minutes drive away.
